The Economic Times General Management Review (ET-GMR) is
a quarterly journal containing articles of academic and
professional interest that are of value to business managers,
consultants, teachers and students dealing with strategic
and general management issues. It is a multi-disciplinary
platform for sharing and disseminating knowledge with a
global prespective.
Based in India, it lays emphasis on strategic management
issues in developing countries. The articles that appear
in ET-GMR are the personal responibility of the authors
themselves and do not reflect the views of the guest editor,
the editorial advisory board or the sponsoring organization.
Note to contributors
Articles should be original and should not be under consideration
of any other publication. The submission should be sent
to the Guest Editor, Dr. Ranjan Das, at the editorial office
address given above. You may send a soft copy of your article

Content: Articles should be of contemporary interest in
the areas of strategic and general management issues and
should be of value to managers, consultants, teachers and
students. The journal seeks to present an eclectic approach
supported by empirical research or practical applications
as necessary.
Reviewing process: Each article is reviewed by the Guest
Editor and, if found suitable, the same may be sent for
an another round of review before final acceptance.
Word length: Articles should be of 2,500 to 3,000 words
including abstract and references.
Headings and sub-headings: Headings should be typed in capital
and underlined; sub-headings should be typed in upper and
lower case and underlined.
References: References to other publications should follow
the Harvard style.
Figures, charts and diagrams: Use of figures, charts and
diagrams should be kept to the minimum and the text should
indicate where the same will appear.
Abstract and key words: An abstract within 100 words and
three key words should be submitted along with the article.
Number of copies: Two hard copies and one soft copy (text
in Word and graphics in Powerpoint) should be submitted.
Authors bio-data and photograph: A brief bio-data
with full postal and e-mail address and a colored photograph
should be sent along with the article.
Copyright: Authors should warrant that their work is not
an infringement of any existing copyright and will indemnify
the publisher against any breach of warranty. The articles
published in ET-GMR will become the legal copyright of the
publisher.
